How long does shipping take?
If the product is in stock, we try to ship within 3 days. At this moment due to the pandemic all orders might take longer than expected. We appreciate your support.

Do you make custom pieces?
Not at the moment.

Do you do collaborations?
We do love to collaborate.

What form of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.

What is our return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@laizasceramic.com

Can these pots go in the microwave?
We only recommend putting our pieces in the microwave for a few minutes, but more than that we discourage it.

Can these dishes go in the dishwasher?
Due to a wide range of contributing factors, we cannot claim our pieces are "dishwasher safe". We recommend hand washing only.

Are they durable?
Yes, they are very durable under “normal” use and yes, they will break if dropped on a concrete floor.

Are they meant to be used?
Yes, they are functional.

Are they food safe?
Yes, our pieces are non-toxic and safe for food.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY INFORMATION

We will ship immediately if product is in stock. Please be aware we are a small brand, hands on business and every thing is hand made. If we don’t have an item, it usually takes 6-8 weeks delivery time. If something is ordered and we are out of stock, we will notify via email the expected shipping time and determine whether the customer wishes to continue with the order or not.
